Foreman / Laborer Application
Elite Granillo Restoration is hiring for a Foreman / Laborer role to support masonry, concrete, stucco, EIFS, caulking, sealant, waterproofing, and restoration projects throughout Omaha and surrounding areas. This role is for someone who can work in the field, learn the company's process, support the crew, and grow into more responsibility over time.
What the job looks like
This is hands-on work on active job sites throughout Omaha and surrounding areas. You will support restoration and construction crews, keep sites organized, and communicate clearly with the team.
- Assist with masonry, stucco, concrete, caulking, and restoration work in the field
- Prepare job sites, organize materials, and keep work areas clean and safe
- Follow direction from project leads and communicate clearly on active job sites
- Foreman-level applicants: help lead crews, manage workflow, and keep projects moving efficiently
- Starting pay
- Begins at $18 per hour
- Experienced pay
- Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience and position
- Travel per diem
- Out-of-town work may include an additional $40–$70 per day
- Paid vacation
- One week after one year of employment
- Schedule
- Full-time work with the possibility of overtime
Elite Granillo Restoration is not hiring directly for a Project Manager position at this time. Instead, the company wants to train the right person from the field up. The right candidate may have the opportunity to grow into crew leadership, customer communication, scheduling support, estimating support, and project management responsibilities over time.
This role may be a good fit for someone who is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, experienced in construction or restoration, and comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites.
